I designed an enterprise level app for Lowe’s employees that would allow any associate to help a customer with their flooring project. They would gather information about the customer’s project and go through the aisles to select the right products and the right amounts.
I was able to facilitate a design sprint with product and design. I handled user research, UX, and UI.
I gave this presentation to graduate students on working on enterprise level apps and what a real life design process looks like. This included how to overcome steps of the UX process being left out, not having enough resources, and how to be flexible when stakeholders are not.
